Job Description
Kapcharge is seeking a seasoned IT Administrator with strong networking skills, who is passionate about sales and working in tech, who possesses a blend of strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and exceptional relationship-building skills to lead our sales strategy team in addition to helping drive business development initiatives through client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Establishing and managing a Helpdesk to support end-users’ technical needs (Atlassian Products).
- Maintaining IP phones, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Developing and enforcing retention and backup policies for files and applications related to the company.
- Ensuring the security of hardware and software systems by administering antiviruses, making security policies and roadmaps, managing them, and hardening different system parts.
- Administering Azure, SQL server systems, and other administration panels based on technical needs.
- Developing dashboards and automation needs using Microsoft Stack in cooperation with the development team and other stakeholders.
- Assisting the development and product teams with technical tasks and special projects, as required.
We are excited about you if you have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent education.
- At least 2+ years of experience in IT administration, Microsoft 365, system support.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services, IP phones, Atlassian, Azure.
- Familiarity with security administration and antivirus management.
- Strong knowledge of Azure and SQL server administration.
- Ability to work in an on-call environment.
- Active person to handle needs in an innovative and proactive technological manner.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in scripting languages, Powershell and Python.
- Experience with functional testing, .Net code.
- Experience with payment processing, PCI.
