Job Description
Kapcharge is seeking a seasoned IT and System Support Administrator with expertise in providing technical support for hardware, software, and security, as well as administering M365 and Azure, developing back-office automation, and assisting with functional testing.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and troubleshooting workstations, network, printers and telephones.
- Managing the Helpdesk to support end-users with their technical needs.
- Administering and managing M365 services (Exchange Online and Teams).
- IT onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Procuring and managing several software applications needed by internal teams.
- Working with various IT and software vendors.
- Maintaining both hardware and software inventory.
- Developing and enforcing retention and backup policies for company files and applications.
- Ensuring the security of hardware and software systems by administering antiviruses, managing and creating security policies and roadmaps.
- Developing dashboards and automation needs based on Microsoft Teams in cooperation with the Product and Development teams, as well as using Power Platforms.
- Assisting the Development Team with functional testing and other technical tasks as required.
We are excited about you if you have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent education.
- At least 3+ years of experience in IT administration, Microsoft 365, and system support.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Online, IP phones, and Atlassian.
- Familiarity with security administration and antivirus management.
- Strong knowledge of Azure and SQL Server administration.
- Experience with Azure platforms as a service component.
- Ability to work in an on-call environment.
- Passionate about handling business needs in an innovative and proactive technological manner.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to develop dashboards and automate tasks with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proficient in scripting languages, Powershell and Python.
- Experience with functional testing, .NET code.
- Experience with electronic payments, payment processing, and PCI.
- Excellent communicator and team player.

Full-time, onsite at our Montreal office (steps from Du College metro station).
