Interac e-Transfer via SMS

A step-by-step guide on how to create an Interac e-Transfer transaction via SMS

Navigate to Transaction Management.
Select a Merchant and choose the Transaction Type: Pay.
Choose Payment Method as Interac.
Enter the Amount.
Provide the Merchant Reference.
Add details in the Merchant Memo field.
Click on the Interac via SMS option.
Provide Question and Answer for Interac Security:
- Enter a Security Question.
- Provide the corresponding Answer to the question.
Select the Add Customer button.
Enter customer details, including:
- First Name and Last Name
- Email and Phone Number
- Address (including Province, City, and Postal Code)
- Institution Number, Transit Number, and Account Number
Click on the Save button.
Confirm the action by clicking OK.
Upon completion, the transaction will be successfully saved.

Navigate to Transaction Management.
Select a Merchant and choose the Transaction Type: Collect.
Choose Payment Method as Interac.
Enter the Amount.
Provide the Merchant Reference.
Add details in the Merchant Memo field.
Click on the Interac via SMS option.
Select the Add Customer button.
Enter customer details, including:
- First Name and Last Name
- Email and Phone Number
- Address (including Province, City, and Postal Code)
- Institution Number, Transit Number, and Account Number
Click on the Save button.
Confirm the action by clicking OK.
Upon completion, the transaction will be successfully saved.
