If you're experiencing issues with loading or using our application, such as outdated content, glitches, or login problems, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help resolve the issue. Below are instructions on doing a hard refresh and clearing cache and cookies in various browsers and devices.
🔁 Perform a Hard Refresh
A hard refresh forces your browser to load the most recent version of a page by clearing the cached version.
- 🖥️ On Windows
Google Chrome / Edge / Firefox:
Press Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard - 🍏 On Mac
Chrome / Safari / Firefox:
Press Command (⌘) + Shift + R
🗑️ Clear Cache & Cookies from Browser Settings
🔍 Google Chrome (Windows/Mac OS)
- Click the three dots in the upper-right corner.
- Go to Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data
- Select:
- Time range: All time
- Check Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files - Click Clear data
🛠️ Using DevTools (Advanced)
- Right-click anywhere on the webpage and select Inspect
- Go to the Application tab
- On the left sidebar, click Storage
- Click Clear site data
📱 Clearing Cache on Mobile Devices
iPad (Safari)
- Go to Settings
- Tap Safari
- Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data
- Confirm by tapping Clear
iPad (Chrome)
- Open Chrome and tap the three dots at the top-right
- Tap Settings → Privacy
- Tap Clear Browsing Data
- Select Cookies, Site Data, and Cached Images and Files
- Tap Clear Browsing Data
